ShippingAll items will be shipped via Canada Post calculated shipping and choices are available to you based on your desired method of delivery. Postage is calculated by size, weight and by your location. You can either log on and create an account or fill in your details as a guest, then checkout your cart to see the actual shipping options including costs, estimated delivery dates and taxes, if applicable. From here you can either go back and continue shopping or proceed to purchase the items. You will not be required to pay until you reach the payment window. As our shipping is calculated by weight and size, purchasing more than one item at a time can in most cases save you money. For example purchasing a filter with a lens may ad nothing extra to the shipping cost. Local customers are welcome to visit our Port Rowan showroom. We are open by appointment 7 days per week - contact us for details. Warranty and ReturnsNew items purchased from Canadian PhotoGraphic will be covered by the products' manufacturers' warranty. Canadian PhotoGraphic will warranty pre-owned items sold on our site against manufacturers' defect for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental abuse, loss, or theft. We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, within 14 days of purchase. Please let us know why you are returning the item. Shipping charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund return shipping charges. When we have received the merchandise, all refunds will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the item.
